이번에 밀워키 한인회 부회장의 소임을 맡게 된 김용빈 입니다.

유구한 역사와 전통을 자랑하는 우리 밀워키 한인사회의 일원으로서, 회장님을 보필하여 동포 여러분을 섬길 수 있게 된 것을 무한한 영광으로 생각합니다.

부회장으로서 저는 한인회의 내실을 다지고, 세대 간의 가교 역할을 충실히 수행하겠습니다. 어르신들의 지혜를 경청하고 차세대들의 열정을 지원하며, 우리 공동체가 미국 사회 내에서 더욱 당당히 뿌리 내릴 수 있도록 실질적인 도움을 드리는 일에 앞장서겠습니다.

급변하는 시대 속에서 우리 한인회도 새로운 변화의 바람 앞에 서 있습니다. 저는 전통의 가치를 계승하면서도, 급변하는 시대적 요구에 발맞추어 나가는 역동적인 한인회를 만드는 데 힘을 보태고자 합니다.

특히 우리 자녀 세대들이 한인으로서의 자부심을 느끼고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 환경을 조성하겠습니다. 또한, 현지 지역사회와의 활발한 네트워크를 통해 우리 한인들의 권익을 보호하고 위상을 높이는 데 최선을 다하겠습니다.

언제나 문을 열어놓고 여러분의 목소리에 귀 기울이겠습니다. 따뜻한 격려와 아낌없는 조언을 부탁드립니다. 여러분의 가정에 늘 건강과 행복이 가득하시길 기원합니다.

Greetings from the Vice President

Dear fellow members of the Milwaukee Korean community,

My name is Yongbin Kim, and I am honored to serve as the Vice President of the Korean Association of Milwaukee. As a member of our community—one that boasts a long-standing history and rich tradition—it is a profound privilege to support our President and serve all of you.

As Vice President, I am committed to strengthening the internal foundations of our association and acting as a bridge between generations. I will listen earnestly to the wisdom of our elders while supporting the passion of our younger generations. My priority is to take the lead in providing practical assistance so that our community can thrive and establish even deeper roots within American society.

In this rapidly changing era, our association stands at a new turning point. I aim to contribute to building a dynamic organization that honors our traditional values while adapting to the demands of a modern world.

In particular, I will focus on creating an environment where our children can take pride in their Korean heritage and actively participate in our community. Furthermore, I will do my utmost to protect the rights and enhance the standing of Korean Americans through active networking with the local Milwaukee community.

My door is always open, and I look forward to hearing your valuable voices. I kindly ask for your warm encouragement and advice. May your homes always be filled with health and happiness.
